3. Information only, not an offer
The Website gives general information about Nestpoint Finance and the services we offer to members. Nothing on the Website is an offer of credit, a loan approval, an investment offer or financial advice.
All savings, loan and investment products are subject to membership, eligibility checks, identity verification (KYC), our internal policies and a written agreement signed by both parties. The written agreement is what governs any product you take up.
4. Loans
Loan amounts shown on the Website (for example ₦50,000 to ₦10,000,000) are indicative. Whether a loan is granted, the amount, the interest, any fees, the tenure and the repayment schedule are decided case by case and are set out in writing before you commit.
Please borrow only what you can repay. Missing repayments may have consequences set out in your loan agreement, including reporting to licensed credit bureaux where permitted by law.
5. Investment opportunities
Any investment opportunity with Nestpoint Finance is available only under a written agreement that sets out the amount, the tenure, how and when interest is paid, and the risks involved.
Returns are not guaranteed. The value of an investment and the income from it can go down as well as up, and past performance is not a guide to future results. Nothing on the Website is a promise of a particular return. You should consider your own circumstances and may wish to seek independent advice before investing.
6. Protect yourself from fraud
